As much as I love playing live sets and weaving together a journey of my own productions, DJing has always provided a particular joy to me that is unmatched by anything else. I approach each DJ set as if I were creating a long form composition. The process of sequencing, practicing, crate digging, exploring and discovering the elements necessary to tell a story and move people from one state of being into another has it's own special place in my heart. I don't really pay too much attention to genres when I'm planning a mix, rather I think about the setting and audience and aim to craft something that speaks to them and traverses new territories in sound.
